If the customer tries to access the Agile Dashboard from unlisted IPs, they need to authenticate the IP address by providing the verification code which will be sent to their registered email ID. If the customer does not add any IP, the restriction will not be applied.

Whenever you've scheduled contact exporting, you'll receive a mail with the link to exported contacts CSV file. Upon clicking the link, the CSV file gets downloaded. The same happens for the company export too.

If more than 10% of the emails that are sent from a customer's Agile domain are rated as spam, Agile suspends email sending from the customer account, details of which can be seen under the Stats tab in Admin settings, on your account.
In case of suspension of email access for your account, you'll see a modal popup on the dashboard when you login to your account which says that your email sending has been blocked. Also, you'll receive an email from Agile informing the same.
You may contact our support if this has happened accidentally and you wish to regain your email access. We've come up with stringent measures to reduce spamming.
You can now choose to run any campaign on just the new contacts for these triggers - Stripe event trigger, New Email event trigger, Shopify event trigger and Form Submit trigger.
A campaign can't be run on a contact if the same campaign is in active status for that contact. You'll see a noty popup displaying the same.
Time zone and currency preference fields have been moved to the Personal Settings tab under Preferences.
Whenever a visitor fills up your web form, you can choose to receive/ send a campaign email instantly with merge fields for the data filled in the webform.
Upon setting up our new email event trigger as described in our documentation, you'll receive an automated email from Agile with the verification code. Use the verification code to finish the trigger setup.
Online appointment scheduling url link is not case-sensitive.

Enhancements to Appointment Scheduling - contacts can now cancel their pre-scheduled appointments or reschedule it at a later time. The CRM user calendar gets automatically updated and both the parties receive emails confirming the same.
In email campaign, you can include our new 'Online Link' merge field to show your html email on a web page, to your contacts.

Starter plan has a single deal track. Addition deal tracks can be added for regular & pro plans only.
UI changes to deal tracks & 'Add Deal' panel - you can now choose the relevant deal track & the milestone with ease while adding a new deal.
Twilio call pop-up has been moved to the left end of the dashboard so that it doesn't interfere with the notifications you may have enabled and you can mute it when you're on a call, if needed.
Changes in Tag naming policy - special characters can no longer be used for tag names. Exceptions are 'space' & 'underscore'. Please review your tag names at all places within the CRM and make the necessary changes. Moving on, special characters other than the specified two will be replaced with 'underscore' automatically, in case you failed to change them.

New Dashlets panel for the Agile dashboard - the dashlets (portlets) window which was in beta hitherto, was made live. You can now see just the things you need and the way you need.
Our IMAP email sharing feature got even more enhanced - you can now pull up your mails that are in the custom folders that you created within your mailbox, to the CRM. You can select a max. of 3 folders including inbox from which the mails have to be fetched to the CRM, which can always be shared with other CRM users if you choose to.
User avatars can be viewed under the Users tab in Admin settings.
You can now browse through all the contacts in your CRM by clicking the next button on the contact page.
Improvements to deals ACL - users access to deals can now be fully restricted. Upon applying deals ACL on a particular user, he cannot see the deals tab on the dashboard & add deals to contacts.
Activities ACL settings now restrict the user from viewing the activities, anywhere within the CRM be it real-time log or activity reports.
'Emails Opened' dashlet has minor changes - Subject of the email opened and the time gets displayed along with the contact name.

New triggers for Call events - you can automatically trigger specific campaigns on your contacts following the call events - 'answered', 'busy', 'failed' or 'voicemail', on Twilio.
Our customers now have the Live Chat option under the Help section in the app dashboard, for product & support queries.
You will get a warning reminder before you set off a campaign if the campaign, upon running will exceed your email quota.

New 'Owner Signature' merge field got added to the Send Email node in Campaigns. You can choose to add your signature to all the mails you send from Agile.
Calendar events now have the 'Owner field'. Admin can create events for all the users with this new functionality.
You can now view all the user activities right under the More tab in the top menu in the dashboard.
Activities also got included under ACLs. Admin can now choose to enable/ disable viewing of the activities for the users.
Forms created with our Agile Form Builder can now be saved and used/ edited at a later time. Also, you can trigger campaigns when a visitor submits his details through the webform on your website.
Your timezone gets recorded into our system when you create your Agile domain and we will be communicating with you in the business hours as per your timezone.
Improvements have been made to shorten the process time for the huge accounts.
Our webforms take in only valid emails when visitor fills up the form and any notes added by the visitor will be saved under the Notes tab within the contact page.

New Deal details page has been introduced in Agile CRM - click on any of your deals to see all the relevant information in a new window.
The two Twilio widgets (one for calling & the other for call history) hitherto, have been clubbed into a single Twilio widget that caters to both these features. Enabling this widget, you can see the call logs under the Twilio widget within the contact page.
Call Forwarding feature has been launched in Agile. You can forward your inbound calls to any number of agents simultaneously. Also, you can leave automated voicemails when you are in the field or highly engaged.
